How do you prioritize Devices in a wireless network?

Hi, I am working in a very busy household with many devices that all have their internet running off of a single airport. I was wondering if there is any way to prioritize my devices in my wireless network so that the PCs get priority for their internet. (When someone is wanting to watch netflix on our Wii, and another person is on the PC, the PC loads painfully slowly, and I was wondering if there was a way for the PC to "Hog" the internet).
