Whats most important for dispatcher?

I was in the class for dispatcher when a family emergency happened. I now have a few months to study the materials they gave me. What are the major penal codes I should memorize since it will be impossible to get them all. And is there anything else book wise I should study on for the written tests? If I can get some rough ideas and even prioritize from most important to least that would help other than that anything you can remember from your tests will help so I can have a direction to go in for studying. thank you.
