Isn't it funny how a judge of Mexican descent in corpus christi is telling people they can't spank their kids?

I remember as a kid (in a Mexican-American family) discipline taught me how to behave. My grandfather would make sure of it. He was a drill seargent and by the time I was a teen, no one had problems with me. While I was traveling back home on theCal-trainn there was twins nagging their parents they wanted water (of course there is nothing you can do on the train) for an hour non-stop. Is that what happens happens when you don't discipline them?
