Good Hair Dye Brands?

I've never dyed my hair before due to it's already weird ginger-ish color but..When i get my haircut on monday i'm considering dying my whole head a vibrant color. like purple or blue or pink, etc. and the only brand i know of is manic panic would this be a good brand to use? or is there any other good ones out there, where could i find them?
