How do i set my xbox to get most of my routers bandwith?

right now i have a belkin F5D8236-4 and someone told me that with that router i can't change the bandwith settings. i have a spare router which is a linksys, does anyone know if that one lets me prioritize my bandwith? and how to do it? i need this because i have a desktop, 3 laptops, and an xbox and my xbox lags if even one laptop is being used.
