Natural Colour Hair Dulled?

Why don't you want to dye your hair? I don't know much about the black tea, but it seems unlikely to work. If you use a good semi-permanent dye it won't damage your hair and will correct the colour. I use L'oreal casting creme gloss and that always leaves my hair soft and shiny, and it lasts really well too.
