What are the mysterious vibrant blue swirls around me in our wedding photos?

We recently got married in the local botanical gardens where we live and in a vast majority of the photos there is a vibrant blue swirl and other orbs around me. We discussed them with the photographer on the day but my curiousity has been piked again as we have just been looking through the photos and i realised exactly how intense they are ... They also appeared in photos taken by other people on the day.
