What is my diagnosis/ What is wrong with me? Please read and comment honestly.?

NOBODY is allowed to diagnose over the internet - not even doctors. Seeking diagnosis on the internet is highly dangeous. How do you know who to trust? If somebody tried to make a diagnosis, you'd just take that as gospel. Please go and see a doctor who can give you the assessment and treatment you need and deserve.
